  Love the food, love the drinks. Excellent waitresses and especially the bartenders!! They are like family. I am here about 4 times a week!!!

  We were seated immediately. Server seemed unfocused. Waited for at least half hour for appetizer. Husband had empty glass when dinners came...Still no appetizer. She made up excuses, different ones each time she came back to the table. I actually had to ask her to refill husband's drink. We asked to have the appetizer boxed to take home. Eight tables, four + servers on the floor, no excuse for such service unless this was her first day on the job. We probably will not go back.

  I've wanted to love this Applebees but unfortunately it never happens. The service is very slow, the steaks are rarely cooked how I ordered them, and the food is cold. The best part are the wait staff, most of them do seem to care about their customers.

  Not what I ordered! Friend's steak was suppose to be medium rare came out burnt! Never got drink refills! Place was not busy at all, sweet tea is not sweet at all! Manager did come and talk to us was very nice and professional! Just not a good day to eat at Applebee's!
